• Scan. The barcodes are programmed specifically to your information tracking and reporting needs. eTRAX™ uses the AirClic brand cellular hand-held scanner. However, eTRAX™ is able to adapt to any scanning technology, should you have a preference.
• Collect. The scanned information is then immediately transmitted. (If your facility blocks cell signals, not to worry, the information is stored and immediately sent once the inspector exits the building). The information is then processed via world-class IBM software that resides on eTRAX™ servers. In addition, the eTRAX™ support staff routinely audits the data to certify completeness and validity, notifying you of any problems or data needs.
• Report. The daily emailed reports you get are customized to the format you desire and full of the information you demand. The following is just one example.
